Mode d'Artiste gite prices for 2008 - 2009

Please note we are fully booked until 27 August 2008, but we are available after this date.

Prices are per apartment, per week (not per person). We accept bookings from any day to any day and proportional rates are available. We accept payment in Euros and British pounds by bank transfer, cheque or PayPal (a secure online payment system).

Price in British Pounds

Holiday seasons are as follows:
Low 1 November to 26 April
Mid 26 April to 28 June + 27 September to 31 October
High 28 June to 19 July & 30 August to 27 September + Christmas & New Year
Peak 19 July to 30 August

A £80 or 100 Euros deposit per apartment per week secures your booking. Full payment is due 2 months prior to the start of your holiday, or at the time of booking if it is within the 2 month period.

For bookings of 6 nights or less, we charge a £20 or 30 Euros surcharge.

We also require a refundable security deposit of £60 or 75 Euros, which is returned within 2 weeks of your departure, provided that no major breakages have occurred and that the apartment is left in a reasonable condition (a final clean is included in the price). This can be in the form of a cheque which will be posted back to you 2 weeks after your departure.

Tariffs include your own computer with Internet access, electricity, heating, bedding and tea towels. They exclude other towels, which are available for hire at 5 Euros for a towel bale (a bath sheet, large towel and hand towel). To allow us time to make sure the apartments are clean and ready, the earliest arrival time is 4pm and the departure time is 11am.
